Shopping Trip

This morning we took a walk on the beach.  There were a lot of sights.  Gail and I thought we might play chess on the beach:

The birds and iguanas were sunning:

The sailboats were out:

After walking the beach and spending a little time reading at the pool, we boarded our bicycles and headed toward town.  In an earlier entry I spoke of the cobblestone streets.  Here is Gail maneuvering her way:

We found the church we think we are going to go to Sunday.  The Living Word Church:
As we progressed down town it must have been time to pick up the kids at school.  There was quite a traffic jam.

We finally found a place to eat:

They had quite a menu:

We did some more grocery shopping—prices are really high for groceries:
Morton Salt .90
One tomato $.25
Large one liter Coke $1.75
Eggs 12.5 cents each  (sold individually)
1 lb of rice $1.30
4 rolls of toilet paper $1.35

We are now home, updating our email and getting ready for chicken fajitas for supper.  We did find some Caribbean Rum for $6 a bottle so we might have a little of that also.
