Library Part 2

I have had several questions concerning the library and what it is like inside.
It doesn’t look like much from the outside,
But they do a lot with what they have.  (This is true of just about everything here.)  The inside is about the size of a two to three car garage.  There is normally only one person checking books in and out.  Yesterday, however, there was another lady cleaning.
On one wall there is a painting of a Mayan Indian-like scene.

All of the books have been donated and are in various stages of “used”.  Almost all are paperback.  I saw several sections labeled.  There was a section for “children”, “Young Adult Fiction”, “Reference” , and a few others.  Most areas were not identified.  For example, there was a section with several shelves full of cookbooks and magazines about food, but it was not labeled.
There were three computers to use but they cost $5 per hour.  The only time I saw anyone use them was a young man playing a card game.
Although Gail has joined the library she has found that there are many people here in our condo area with whom she has been exchanging books.    Since most of the people here are not going to be staying long enough to join the library, this works well for everyone.
